“Arrived at 3:09,room was not ready.Put us in another room,again not ready.Had to wait for linens to dry.Ice machine did not work.Asked for a couple extra pillows,none available.Had to call for extra towels,only had two bath towels for 2adults and 2children,had to go myself to pick up.Also very limited tv.One key never worked the door.Having said all that the bed was comfortable,breakfast was ok,worked for the kids enough to get on the road fast.The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could……

“Comfortable beds, warm showers and hot tub felt good after a long day!! Breakfast was good too!!”

“Stay was ok. The pool was down for part of stay and issues with the door constantly. Toilet seat kept sliding all over the place and not good lighting in the bathroom! It was clean. And I appreciate that. Considering only slept in the room, it was a good value for what I paid.”

“Elevator and guest hallways smelled of something rotting or stale. Room was damp and stains all over the ceiling. For what I had paid for the room, I could have easily found a better location. Disappointing.”

“Bed was comfy, AC was cold. Shady location/hotel. Watched a suspicious deal take place outside the room in broad daylight.”
