“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”
“False advertisement, it stated offered complimentary breakfast. Learned from staff thst it has never been offered at the establishment.
The recliner and office chair leather was peeling, there were some large areas missing. My room had a mildrew odor. I had to call and knock on door to get assistance from the front desk & it took them longer then 5 minutes to respond. When staff did respond d they came from the front office on their phone.”
“Awesome communication from host and check in and out was smooth and simple. The house was perfect for our family and the host even allowed us to bring a dog, the fenced in back yard was perfect for her! There was plenty of space for everyone, beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding items. There were some kitchen staples which was nice so we didn't have to buy those things and it was nice to have some soaps and laundry detergents also. The neighborhood seemed very nice, people……
“Good location. Place was 5-10 minutes to Ft. Sill and local shops and restaurants. Communication was great. Bathroom needed to be touched up again and one of the bedroom sheet sets was full of dog hair. Housekeeper came back. Still found what looked like bbq sauce on one of the pillow cases. I bought my own sheet set from Walmart. Floors and baseboards throughout were dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. There’s only one big wall unit ac in the living room so if you close your bedroom doors……
