Good service, A little bit on the serenity side. On the whole good

Jenny herself is great to work with, and went out of her way to accommodate me when I couldn't leave for the airport for hours after checkout. However, the walls are super thin; I could hear everything in the room next door. There's a shortage of towels, not to mention no washcloths, and no good place to hang wet towels to dry and reuse. There was no good place (no folding suitcase stand) to put my suitcase and no drawers to put my clothes away. The kitchen was well-appointed, however, and had everything I needed. In short, a towel rack, a suitcase stand, and insulated walls would make a world of difference.

Received a mail that the hotel has a airport shuttle but it didn`t. Also the mail said in case of using a designated taxi, they will provide a voucher, but no voucher any more.

The bathroom not cleaned properly. A lot of hair laying about . On the bath tub and wall . The bathroom floor and sink
