This is one of my favourite hotels in the country. Highly recommend staying here. I also recommend the Press Club to dine. Excellent food and great wine list.
A delightful heritage hotel so close to the city CBD. A little bit of luxe in Dunedin with quality fittings, comfortable beds and NZ made amenities. Love the nod to its Scottish heritage with a tartan wool blanket on every bed. Also highly recommend in-house dining at The Press Club. The food and service was exceptional.
The location was fantastic! The front desk was friendly was depending upon who was there. The biggest issue was the light switches. It might have been an operator error but they just didn’t feel like they were in a good position for the which lights you use. I struggled with them for three days.
Your staff were very helpful at check in and departure. Our room was very clean with a comfy bed. The hotel is walking distance to a number of very good restaurants.
