Entry door to building did not work, you had to walk all the way to lobby to get to your room. The place was ok but not a place I would revisit. The toilet was so small almost on the ground and my husband's junk TOUCHED the water the toilet was so small. Weirdest thing I have ever encountered. The toilet was as small as a toilet in an elementary school. The visit was just ok.

Badly dated. Noisy ac. Light coming in around the closed door. Intermittently functioning lock. Understaffed. One person trying to do the breakfast service and run the front desk. Ran out of coffee twice and had to be asked to make more. Room had the musty smell of an old hotel room - which is what it is. But, the parking was great and the price is fair. For us, a single night was tolerable give the proximity and ease of access to the casino.

The checking in process was seamless with kind front desk clerks, the room we got was perfectly clean with a comfy bed and a good cold AC, the outdoor pool was SO nice and well maintained and the breakfast was great. My only complaint is the TV was kind of wonky; when scrolling channels there were a lot we didn't have access to and there was a clump of dead pixels in the middle of the TV itself. We made do, no big deal, but it's something that maybe should be addressed.

We arrived at 2:15, we had an appointment at 2:45. We asked to check in early for a fee. Was told there was no rooms available at all. There were maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. I understand policy but don’t flat out lie. No way all empty rooms were dirty and goi g to be ready in 45 minutes. We changed in the parking lot. If this is corporate owned they should be embarrassed if not they need to help this owner. The hotel is in very bad shape. Our toilet had been flushed when we checked in and the tv did not work. We have been self employed going on 37 years, 20 of those in hospitality. I’ve been on the other side of the counter. A little common sense goes a long way. We stay at expensive hotels and cheap hotels. We are small business, so we try to stay small as well. This is one hotel we will never go back too. And we normally give places 2 visits if the first isn’t as good. This will not happen here,
