“The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and quick to respond to any communication. The property itself was good overall. However, we experienced a water outage for one night during our stay, which was disappointing and the rooms were not super clean. Since I booked last-minute, I paid a premium rate, and given the issues, I don’t think the property quite justified that price.”

“Excellent waterfront property just on the outskirts of the village of Kearney. Our group was on a spring ATV trip. The property is close to the trails and the amenities of Kearney. The cottage is clean, roomy and comfortable. We will certainly return. Thanks Bradley”
