"We arrived and checked in without incident, and quite liked the layout and surroundings - the home obviously updated quite recently with good amenities and a lovely patio to the expansive yard. And yet -
- kitchen equipment was short of expectations with a lack of functional knives and dysfunctional coffee making equipment. Some persistence required to get a response to identified issues.
