“Das Zimmer war generell sauber, allerdings mangelt es an Kleinigkeiten die aber durchaus nicht unwichtig sind. Nachttischlampen und die Fernbedienung vom Ferseher fehlten komplett. Außerdem war der Schlauch der Duschbrause undicht.
Das sollte nicht nur uns als Gästen sondern auch dem Personal beim saubermachen auffallen. ”

“I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues ”
