“The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. The place sleeps 5, but the couch only seats 2 comfortably. They boast of cereal and stuff available. No, there isn’t. No smart TV, only basic cable which seemed to have OLD sitcoms or……

“I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.”

“Great location. It does get noisy but you are in the middle of Temple Square so it is expected. We had a couple of small issues but host was quick to respond and address. ”

The location was perfect—close to public transport, shops, and great places to eat, making it easy to explore the city. The WiFi was fast, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The host was friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend 2-bed Apartment to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!”

“Non è esattamente a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, più 25min, con i mezzi comunque è collegata abbastanza bene, il primo giorno non funzionava l’acqua calda e fino al giorno dopo non abbiamo ricevuto assistenza, ad ogni modo l’alloggio è molto confortevole ”
