"Poor service. Receptionist was reclining in the chair behind the desk on his phone. Continental breakfast included eggs, white toast and waffles. Everything else there was no supplies. No cereal, milk, sausage, brown bread, English muffins, bagels were all out of stock. "

"Receptionist in the morning was leaned back with his feet up and on his phone the entire time. They claim there is a full continental breakfast included with stay. That wasn’t the case. By the time we got there which was only 30 minutes after breakfast opened. There was no more cereal, no more sausage, no more bagels, no English muffins, no brown bread, no milk etc. Breakfast consisted of just plain eggs (that were cold) and waffles. Since waffles was the only hot breakfast item available, once people came down it created a line up and longer wait times to get anything to eat. My “continental breakfast” was simple 2 pieces of white toast. Hardly a breakfast. I believe it’s the staffs responsibility to make sure that supplies are stocked at all times, especially when you’re advertising “breakfast included” when booking. I’d say considering the overall body language and behaviour of the receptionist that morning would explain why things are falling through the cracks. Reclining in a chair behind the desk while texting and FaceTiming on your phone isn’t proper etiquette while on the job. I don’t believe I’d stay at this establishment again because of those reasons. I believe I deserve a partial refund as I was only partially given what was advertised."

"parking was easy, close to food and entertainment. but I stayed there be and they do as little repairs as possible. The told me that they had a water leak and ceiling was damaged and they just cleaned it up. The damaged to the ceiling and wall was in the bath room and had been that way for a while... "
