"Found a cockroach on the refrigerator of our room. The eyehole on the door was cracked and could not see clearly in the hallway. Mold in the bathroom sink. Hotel door was jingling most of the night. Ringing/vibrating phone from the room next door kept us up most of the night."
"The room was updated and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was gorgeous. However, there wasn't much water pressure and the room was dusty. The bedding was stained, but I was able to get clean linen quickly and a wash cloth to clean up room. Great a/c. In a good location."

the staff was very friendly and helpful except for the breakfast staff - she was rude and not pleasant. Front Desk was always pleasant and helpful, always smiled.
