“Easy check in, very convenient location. Loved the coffee machine and chocys in the room. Clean neat and has everything you need.”

“There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.”

“Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and had a good check-in experience. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated being upgraded to a better room, which was a nice touch. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, there was no internal door lock in the room. On the afternoon of our check-in day, while we were resting in the room, a staff member unexpectedly opened the door to check the air conditioner without any prior notice. This was quite uncomfortable and affected……

“Hotel整體上都不錯，靠近outlet及商場，只嫌房間比想像中少但乾淨，床褥太軟，對於某部份人仕不適合，廁所牆身及燈光都是白色，感覺像在醫院洗澡，價錢稍貴！”

“飯店給我們提早入住，並且安排高樓層的房間，飯店配置舒適優雅，住在140年的古蹟飯店裡，非常棒。飯店人員友善服務優秀，飯店位置方便到達電車與地鐵。可惜我被蟎蟲咬了、以及浴缸水龍頭水管很髒，原本想泡澡，但因為水太髒作罷。機場接送到飯店大約35-40分鐘。樓下有英式下午茶可以體驗，一個人89AU，如果有經費，推薦大家可以慢慢享用。附近離唐人街很近，離劇院也很近，大家可以安排一些劇院的文化體驗。”

“Excellent location. Easy to get around with the Melbourne Central Station of the free city tram in walking distance. State Library is also 3-5 minutes walk away. Just the washing machines in the self laundry are not clean for use if you happen to need the service.”

“The laundry facilities were convenient, and the sea breeze on the balcony was beautiful, unless the door remained open no sea breeze in the room. The pool was family-friendly and clean. The staff were very polite, helpful and professional, and supplied us with the requested items. Highly recommend Ramada Hotel. ”

“Clean and well furnished room. I especially like the spacious desktop for I had to work sometimes. Staff are very nice. The only thing is Melbourne somehow authorize construction works for underground train stations until like 1am. This can be very noisy. I could sleep, but maybe I stayed on high floor.”

“What a perfect stay for a young family (kids 4 and 7). We enjoyed the early check in that was available (at 11:30am even though website said generally the rooms were available from 3pm), but we got lucky that a room was vacant). The pool was the perfect temperature, the water park was so much fun for the kids, the cocktails were delicious, and oh my god that buffet for breakfast was incredible!! Thanks for a memorable stay! We are definitely coming back when we return to the Hunter! Very good……
