“We love staying at this motel. My dog is so comfortable and acts like he owns it. He knows exactly where his green space is, and is very relaxed when we stay here. I love the remodel and layout of the rooms and the location in relation to the river walk and downtown area. The breakfast is topnotch. And the fresh chocolate chips cookies upon arrival make me feel so welcome. It's easy to sleep here because it is quiet and feels safe. We look forward to our next visit.”

“This is not a 5-Star resort. It is a simple place without “extras”. If you want a clean room with good air-conditioning, good bed, great shower water pressure, a good size fridge and microwave, and a small table, this is perfect. And the price is excellent.”

“Sink parts left on the floor under the sink. Freezer needed to be defrosted. The freezer was packed with ice. The bed spread wasn’t clean . No decaffeinated coffee in the rooms or the lobby and breakfast was very skimpy with little choices .”

“Easy to find, right on the main drag and close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, etc. The hotel manager was wonderful. The property is under renovation, and we were assigned a "new" room. Very clean and comfortable, though decorated rather sparsely. Could have used an extra chair. Bathroom very nice; great shower, sink vanity nice with storage under the sink. Bathroom lighting a bit dim but workable. Perhaps bright white LED bulbs? Very slim on amenities, but has great coffee in the……
