“I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning. Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly. I do not understand why this happened, but it was stressful and unprofessional. It felt like she was collecting unnecessary personal information and……

“Perfect for my purpose - well equipped and comfortable with a surprise heated bathroom floor. Road noise was anticipated so tolerable. ”

“This is an older motel, but it was clean and comfortable. As with many older places, the biggest problem was finding electrical outlets to plug in phones etc . The property was close to the center of Cle Elum and a 25 minute drive from Ellensburg, so it was a convenient stay for us. No frills, but clean and adequate. Note that the train tracks are nearby, but didn't wake us up.”

“Well.... the only real disappointment was the smell of mildew as we opened the door which was shocking. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows did not look clean. Thankfully, I always bring my own pillow. They did have K cups in the lobby. So that was nice to have coffee. Whenever I wanted. The lobby was a nice place to play cards and hangout.”
