“We arrive between seasons. After ski, before summer. Hardly saw anyone, guests or staff. I’m thinking we were about the only ones there. No staffed office that I saw. A key with instructions was left at check in. Rooms and beds… great. Down comforter, great pillows, nice mattress. Wasn’t much for continental breakfast. At 9:00 AM, nothing. Kurig coffee. I’m fine with that. The day after we leave the gondola should be running, passes open, visitor centers at Rainier should be open. Hotel……

“Wonderful clerk — answered my questions, helped with ice; especially helped by getting me a room where my loaded bicycle could be rolled in. Wish breakfast were more elaborate, but it was exactly as advertised. 24 hour coffee was very nice”
