“Bij aankomst was enige assistentie bij het uitladen van de bagage wel welkom geweest. Inchecken verliep verder prima. Kamer was erg warm bij aankomst. Helaas bleek de airco op de kamer een koelsysteem dat maximaal 3 graden kan koelen. Dit systeem koelt de kamer niet optimaal waardoor de eerste nacht niet comfortabel was. Verder is het hotel voorzien van alle gemakken en het personeel is jong en vriendelijk. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en prima verzorgd.”

“Das Hotel war überhaupt nicht geöffnet. Unglaublich das man es überhaupt Buchen konnte für 140€ die Nacht. Anfahrt durch einen Wald über Schotterpisten. Dabei noch das Auto beschädigt. ”

“Schöne Überraschung! Das kleine Hotel hat uns super gut gefallen! Man merkt die liebe zum Detail - Tee & Kaffee auf dem Zimmer, Taschentücher und extra Gläser im Bad und eine Flasche Wasser kostenlos. Das Ventilator war perfekt bei dem heißen Wetter und das Bett sehr bequem. Mir hat die Auswahl an Kopfkissen gefallen, da ich immer ein kleines brauche. Frühstück war auch ausgesprochen gut. Unsere Freunde dort meinen das Restaurant ist auch sehr gut, aber dafür hatten wir keine Zeit. Vielen Dank……

“The building is lovely and in keeping with the town. The staff are very friendly and helpful and serve you a plentyful breakfast, they even told us to make up some rolls for lunchtime. The bed was comfy and the room size was fine, the bathroom was a bit snug but okay. Location is excellent, it's been extremely hot , so we have been out early when its cool, really good chilling in the park bar in the afternoon under the shade , in deck chairs watching the ships and birds on the Rhine. Highly……

“Perfect Room with big room size with 1 bathroom + 1 toliet + 1 kitchen + 1 dinning room and sofa. There are many nice restaurants nearby.”

“Nice hotel, nice location, nice food, nice staff. You can walk up to the hill or by cablecar, and get down to Ludesheim by cablecar, enjoy the super scenery on top of the grape field. I would love to come back again.”

“We had the tower suite with the beautiful patio. The view was great but the suite itself could use a refresh. ”

“The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.”

“Straightforward staffs so felt less courteous. As checked in, frontdesk lady let me wait for 5 mins then dissapeared. It was its restaurant waitress helped me thru check-in.”

“Room is clean and cosy. German style breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location which take 5-10min walk to old town Alstadt or mitte area or shops/restaurants. It is a 15min walk to hbf and thus suggested to take bus to n from hbf. Bus stop are just outside the hotel n 1min walk only. Carpark is available. ”
