"No air con in the rooms & gardeners strimming at 9am is not ideal when you get to your room at 2am, check out is 11am so gardeners shouldnt do work untill after 11am"

"This is a wonderful hotel. The lobby is a very beautifully designed room. It was a little bit of a maze to get to our room however the room was really nice and spacious. It had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable although the pillows weren’t great. We have stayed in better places, with more charm, but this was still a nice hotel. Parking was available at a near by car park, at a discounted rate. Would use again if we were in the area."

I was welcomed by a really lovely lady last time, Anna. Nothing was too much trouble, happy, kind, helpful. Thank you Anna, I really appreciate you. Always the same feeling here, that is really good to have when you’re a solo traveller. Also with regard to the amazing staff, the man that greets you outside is also kind, helpful, happy, just lovely. He helps me with all my luggage every single time without fail. Doubletree, you have a fantastic team, so hope they get the recognition they truly deserve. A big thank you from me!"
