“Property is being updated. Breakfast was great. Hot products served. Clean Property. Staff were kind. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Great location. Dog friendly with wonderful walking trails next door. Pool looked super nice and well kept. Too cold to enjoy. Stayed in October. The room was clean, however, wasn't quite finished being updated. Shower was still old and shower curtain was tattered. Chairs were stained. Still had old smell. Overall, a nice Property. Renovation is looking great.”

“This was my fourth year staying at the Midtown Motel. I love it here, close to all that Boothbay Harbor has to offer, yet very peaceful and quiet.
