"As a frequent traveler and Marriott club member, this was by far my least enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the service representative who checked me in displayed an unwelcoming attitude and was neither pleasant nor helpful. I was also disappointed to find that the hotel’s snack area closed at midnight. I’m accustomed to having access to a club lounge or at least 24-hour snack options at the front desk, so this was a significant inconvenience. Additionally, the rooms were very outdated and noticeably small, which made the stay even less comfortable. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property or choose to return. I’ve always appreciated Marriott, but this experience almost made me consider switching to Hilton."

"There were plenty stores nearby. Parking at the garage around the corner is much cheaper than valet. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The pool was very small and required reservations for a hour each slot. Also a separate key was required to enter the pool area and we weren’t made aware. We asked for more towel and wash clothes to accommodate the 4 people in our room and were told we could only receive half because there wasn’t many available. About 13 minutes in a uber or Lyft from the harbor area where restaurants and the aquarium are. I probably wouldn’t stay again"
