“I have insect bites all over my body”

“I was really disappointed with my recent stay. The carpet in the room was sticky, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. I messaged the team about these issues during my stay, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address them. I definitely expected better service and won't be returning.”

“Said breakfast was included, however, it’s not a continental breakfast which we thought it was. And upon looking at our bill from Expedia, we were actually charged for the breakfast. It was just factored into the price of the room, so it really wasn’t “included”. We ended up paying $15 per adult for breakfast I believe. And what it was was a sandwich or pastry, a coffee or iced tea from the little Starbucks in the front lobby. It was fine, but not worth the $15 apiece that we paid.”

“The hotel is run down and dated. Things are broken and need to be fixed. (Ex lock on door, plug on tub). When asked if they could help we were told there were no other rooms in the hotel available. Curtains were stained. Pillows and mattresses were the worst we have ever slept on. No one slept well. For the price they are charging. Pool was small and busy. And they ran out of pool towels.”
