“Beautiful property. Originally from Indy and visiting from Texas. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. Everything was so clean, comfortable and inviting. The location was quiet, peaceful and safe. The fresh farm eggs and view of the farm animals every day was one of many, best parts! ”

“Perfect for short stay. Room was as advertised. No issues at all. Wish there was a bit more counter space in the bathroom but that was a very minor thing. Very comfortable bed and the location was great.”

“Our stay was great. The only suggestions is brighter lighting where the table, microwave/mini fridge are located and replace the blinds. The only complaint is the loud, inconsiderate group of women that stayed down the hall. We will definitely be back and recommend to others.”

“The property is as beautiful as advertised and very well appointed. The indoor pool was perfect for our group trip with kids and the hosts made everything very easy. ”

“House was clean and in a quiet, wooded area. Beds were comfortable, and the house had plenty of games, cards, etc. We stayed in the middle of a 100 heat advisory, and the a/c was off when we arrived. Contacted the host, who sent a HVAC technician within a few hours who discovered the breaker had tripped. Host kindly checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was resolved and still working. ”

“Very nice property out in the country yet just minutes away from Scenic Nashville Indiana. We enjoyed the well maintained trails on the property. Highly recommended for a weekend trip to Nashville. ”

“Great location. Easy check in. Clean. Host is friendly and communication is easy. Enjoyed the stay in the historic home. Those with mobility issues may consider the rental can only be accessed via stairs.”

“The house has plenty of space for a big group. Great place for gathering and plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms. Within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and Wild Geese, an amazing bookstore. Highly recommend if you’re going to be in Franklin. ”
