Staff were great but cleaning team mailed it in multiple days and jacuzzi tub was having issues. Manager stepped u p and made it up to me which was appreciated. Area around hotel is rough and by area I mean all of Edmonton.

Hotel is nice. Inside and staff were great. Area around and the fact front doors had front door staff to unlock meant it clearly wasn’t in the best of areas.

Hotel is a must for individuals that are looking for a room close to Rogers Place. One minute walk away from the ICE district makes this a desirable place to stay. Room was clean / tidy. Staff was polite and ensured our stay was to our satisfaction. I’ll be returning for sure!
