“This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location and transportation are very convenient, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. However, this stay came with an unpleasant experience. After midnight, a group of guests suddenly arrived and made a lot of noise in the hallway, which woke me up. It took about half an hour for things to quiet down, and I couldn’t fall back asleep until around 2 a.m. In addition, the air conditioner was extremely noisy once turned on—so loud that……

“Great room, amenities were great. Chop was a great place to eat. Pool and hot tub was great. The staff were accommodating in switching us from a king room to 2 queen room. The only thing not great was the wifi and they even gave me a code but it don’t work great in our room. Not a huge deal as it worked better in other areas of the hotel.”

“Stay was just ok and most likely won’t return. Staff were great until checking out. We accidentally slept in and asked for an extra 15 minutes after the check out time. She said 5 min. Wow, thanks. When we left there wasn’t even anyone on the floor cleaning the rooms. Rooms need better cleaning and maintenance. Toilet paper roll hanging off the wall, shower head full of dried water, ring around the sink, vent on ceiling dusty, blanket had dried blood stains and our key card stopped working……
