It was our first‑year anniversary, and we chose this spot for our celebration. Even though we didn’t realize many things would be closed for the season, we still had a wonderful time. The area is beautiful — the colors of the trees, the fresh air, and the overall atmosphere were truly breathtaking.
I would have given 5 stars, but on our last night we had no hot water and couldn’t enjoy the hot tub before leaving, which had been one of our favorite parts on the first day. We didn’t know what was going on until we saw a note in the elevator stating that the boiler was down until 10/11/2026. That was very disappointing, as we couldn’t enjoy a hot tub soak or even a nice hot shower before heading home.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the unexpected lack of hot water on the final night did affect our experience a little.

"We stayed in the off season so it was pretty quiet. It was a beautiful property and so close to everything that we needed to get to. The hiking trail was a nice treat too. The property management office was great! They were polite and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"We had a view of the pool and mountain beyond which was great. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Fireplace in room was a nice touch but did smell like gas until we open the balcony door. Air conditioner woke us up constantly, but the overall convenience and ambiance outweighs the negative."
