Staff was very defensive and short when asked a simple question as if we were bothering them.Staff was not welcoming, did not greet us not one time during our stay. Staff did not bring us towels when asked we had to call again the next day to receive more towels.

We come to Edwards about once a year to visit my sister and ski. I love this area as it is so close to Beaver Creek and Vail but not as hectic. This summer trip they were doing construction at the intersection at River Walk which caused traffic.
