"Quaint wonderful building with five floors. We stayed on the fifth floor at the very top. The apartment was just lovely, well lit and spacious enough for two people. The space was well equipped with all that one could possibly need for a stay. Climbing up to the fifth floor with luggage was challenging and quite a workout. "This is a real gem in Paris. It is conveniently located near two metro lines and a good bus route. It is on a pedestrianized section of Rue Daguerre which has every type of food shop and cafe. The flat is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and is light and quiet. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and there is a manual which provided information on everything a guest might need to know. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. This would be our top choice...

"We had a lovely time at Eric’s place. Close to many metro lines and 25-30 walk to the Pantheon and the Louvre. Clean and tidy apartment with everything you need. Cute spiral staircase up to the third floor :) Lots of places to eat on the street and a two minute walk to the grocery store for essentials. Would definitely recommend!"

"The studio was small but had enough room for two. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were functional. We cooked breakfast there and then left for the day only to return at night to sleep. Close to the Metro 6 line which takes about a half hour to get to most tourist sites. We were there for a week and were able to get to everything we wanted to see. Not a place you would want to spend the day in, but a great ‘home base’ to explore from, especially considering the cost."

The room number given was different than the place we stayed in. The place was stifling when we arrived. The owners had left fans, but it didn’t help much. "We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.
