"We found our luggage had been stolen from while inside a locked private room. After bringing this to the attention of staff they told us the footage had been deleted and several staff lied to us in the process. At the police station we learned this was a known problem for this property. Other guests need to be careful around the staff of this place."

"Facilities aren’t so well, in terms of everyone, males and females in the establishment sharing a Shower and Toilet. That’s not safe and unhygienic. "

"Firstly, the address advertised as well as the photographs of the accomodation are and is not the address of the actual "hostel. " There is no transportation to the actual address on Jan Smuts rd where you find out that you will be staying UPON ARRIVAL.. The cleanliness of the rooms are at best disgusting. No toilet paper is the tip of the iceberg. There are naked woman walking the halls with numerous "visitors" coming in and out. The owner\manager is impossible to get hold of. Disgraceful....

"Even after having to check out of the room, there were plenty of comfortable places to wait, watch TV, read a book and get something to eat until it was time for my flight. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at every interaction. The food available was delicious and served at a great price value."
