The staff were very nice, great breakfast. The facilities were minimal, no gym or pool. The cleanliness
I loved my room - I was tired and needed to fo nothing - big - comfy I only wished TV had English Stations - and honestly who cares !!!! But that’s how much time I was resting !
Nice tidy modern hotel. The bed was too hard for my taste, but good AC and very clean. Great service personnel.
Very convenient location, helpful staff, validated my parking lot fee.
It was pleasant experience. Clean room, nice and professional staffs, convenient location. Definitely I’ll stay here next time whenever I have a chance. Thanks
Good location, friendly staffs, clean room what can I expect more.
The rooms are above a busy bar in a central part of Santiago, so a great location. Rooms are basic but clean with a shared bathroom. My room had a balcony over the street which was fun. There was some work being carried out in the building at the time I stayed but it didn’t unduly affect my stay. ...
Loved the location, the stylish combination of old and new, the comfortable rooms, all day breakfast. Did not like the unfriendly receptionist.
The setting is spectacular and the integration of modern amenities into a a historic building was masterful. The biggest negative is that although they were competent, the staff were more like government employees than tourism specialists whose job performance depended on customer satisfaction.
