"The place is really comfortable and perfectly located, just a short distance from the Pyramids and right across from the Grand Egyptian Museum. What makes it special is the staff — they’re incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. They gave us great ideas of what to do around Giza, helped us order Ubers, and even guided food delivery drivers when they had trouble finding the place. Breakfast is the same every day, but it’s tasty, filling, and very typical of Egypt. The area itself is quiet and feels quite local, though there’s not much to do nearby and it can look a bit sketchy at night — we never had any issues though. Because it’s close to a main road, there’s a bit of noise at night, but it didn’t really bother us. The Wi-Fi worked fine, and the restaurant, priced in USD, was worth it. They even prepared us dinner after closing when we arrived late. The best part: the view of the GEM and the distant Pyramids. We really enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend it! "

"The hotel is beautiful and run by helpful, friendly staff. The 24 hour bar with a view of the pyramids is fantastic but Giza it’s self held very little charm. "

"Only one quick night here on a layover, but great staff and clean nice rooms with the view of the new museum and pyramids. I was on the 5th floor. Roof top is big and comfortable with nice views. Good value for the price"

"Giza Palace is the true definition of luxury stay in Cairo. It takes you back in time. You are met with beautiful smiles and friendly staff throughout the hotel. The food experience is one of the best and there are diversity in the cuisines, noting that the hotel has a " Michelin star restaurant ✨" in the hotel. I've experienced the spa which is again one of the most luxurious experiences in Egypt, despite the services being limited due to its soft opening. A big kudos to Remon, Ahmad, Islam, Mahmoud, Samia, Chief Hussain, Hossam, Mr. Alaa, Shadwa, and everyone in the hotel. "
