Property manager is an excellent person. He was really professional. Love the staff. Excellent breakfast not just a typical breakfast they have a variety of food. Mr. Patel is a great person. Also not to mention the rooms are clean.

Room was in a bit disrepair and didn't get serviced for basic stay cleaning such as grabbing garbage and bringing clean towels. It worked well enough for my stay, but a bit disappointed for a Wyndham property.

Despite the bad reviews we read about this place, I gave it the benefit of doubt assuming the reviews were exaggerated. They were not. The lady at the front desk was respectful so I continued with check in, especially since I saw a father with his children. The room was already paid for and still demanded a card for incidentals (even though we arrived at 11pm from a 10 hour drive). As I went upstairs to the room, I saw two men scouting vehicles at the back of the property. Already a red flag. Entering the room, it smelled funky. When I turned on the lights I checked the beds to make sure they were clean, checked the bathroom and kitchenette and did see what reviews say about the furniture being very old and outdated. When I turned around to get my things from my car, 2 water bugs ran across my feet from the kitchen area and 1 stopped and just stood there so I left the room and explained it to the front desk. I did not feel safe or comfortable staying there. I was suppose to get a call from the manager about getting refunded but never got the call. The photos don’t show this is a motel. Stay at your own risk.

Overall review is 3 for the main reasons.The entry looks great and breakfast was good. It is convenient, the customer service was great and respectful, cordial give tips. The down side was room outdated, bathroom space is small, there were burned spots of smoking in the sofa. Out first room 245 the air-conditioning didn't work,so we moved to a second room and after 8 hours tip that it is the least thing you want to do and then need to moved all your stuff, them we moced to a rolm the air conditioning worked. The carpet look dirty and room outdated for $120 yeah I don't think so
