"On arrival the office was closed with nobody around to greet me, give me keys and show me to my room. Subsequently, after several phone calls from me I reached someone who sent a Cleaner down to let me in, who knew nothing about my booking or the room. The room was not clean The shower was hanging off the wall and has to be repaired by me before I could use it and even then was poor temperature and pressure. "This place is awesome! The staff were attentive and nice. The room was comfortable and very clean. Rooms were cleaned every day if you wanted. Breakfast was very plentiful with a ton of variety. Close to everything you would need and next to the beach. Plenty of sun loungers and the pool and grounds always clean. Not one complaint with our stay and will definitely recommend.
