“Not the cleanest, floor wasn’t cleaned in room before we arrived. Bin in kitchen was dirty Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site Breakfast nice Spacious rooms Comfortable bed Pools nice”

“Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable.”

“A new hotel near Madrid Airport in an excellent location, especially convenient for early morning flights. The property is very clean, and the staff are helpful and welcoming. However, check-in can feel a bit overwhelming at peak times due to the number of guests arriving simultaneously. Breakfast is adequate for a short stay, though it could benefit from more variety. The mattress is slightly on the soft side, but acceptable for a one-night stopover. We chose to take an Uber instead of the……

“They basically has no bell boy service, only the time they helped us was after we checked in, our luggage sent to our room by them. And it is a meeting hotel, so for individual customer there is lack of service. And the hotel location is a bit far from the center tourist attraction”

“The ameneties were great the free breakfast had so many options and was delicious. Our bed was 2 twin beds pushed together which was kind of annoying and uncomfortable. But overall beautiful views great pool and beach chair area. They offer lots of activities as well! Would come back. It was a little far from things so having a rental car is a must if you want to explore the island at all. Had no issues parking.”

“Las luces de la habitación se apagaron en plena noche y no había agua durante el día. Tras avisar a recepción, me dijeron que estaban en mantenimiento y lo restauraron al poco tiempo. Lo más importante es que pude oír el ruido del mantenimiento en la habitación todo el día.。 房間的電燈半夜會停電，白天房間沒有供水，通知前台後說正在維修，一會兒才恢復。最重要的是在房間內一直聽到維修的聲音，從早上到晚上都沒有斷過。 ”
