Very clean and well maintained home with truly anything you could possibly need. This place came with more daily use items than what we have ever witnessed at any other VRBO. Parking was nice compared to other homes we have stayed in at Lake of the Ozarks (they are usually super steep driveways) and even had an enough room for our boat trailer and five additional cars. The host was super quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating. I will mention that the steps were very steep coming down to the house which was fine for us but may not be suitable for older adults. It was spacious, and lovely. Everything was on site. You do have to keep in mind that the only access is through a pretty steep concrete staircase which is not a big deal for 90% of the population but for people who have a hard time with stairs, it's something to keep in mind. The place is beautiful, the owners are so easy to get in touch with, and are super helpful. It's obvious they take great care of this place. Everything was clean and nice inside and very comfortable. The house was well stocked with necessities. It’s the last house on a cove and it’s like we had the whole thing to ourselves. The water was deep enough to swim and jump off the dock and very calm, perfect for littles to paddle around. The water equipment was what sold me on it. My girls loved the lily pad and the paddle boards and kayaks. We spent three weeks at the Lakefront Oasis in Eldon. We have stayed at many vacation rentals over the last 15 years and this was the most accommodating place we've been to. There was nothing missing from the place as far as accommodations are concerned. We felt at home the moment we landed there. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed and set-up. We felt more than comfortable to relax on the couch in the evenings or for an afternoon nap. There was a huge supply of towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, etc. It was great to be able to use the washing machine since we were there for such a long trip. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Each bedroom had a ceiling fan and a standing fan, which was great for us. The bedrooms all have smart tvs, which was also nice. The upstairs has new carpeting and it feels clean and luxurious on your feet. My boys found a love of fishing off the dock and I was constantly watching the water for my turtle friends to come by. The kids loved using the paddleboards and kayaks as well. We brought our dogs and there's a great private grassy area for them to do their business. We brought their kennels with us, but the home does have two kennels--a rather large one and a smaller one.
