The expansive main deck featuring a beautifully designed 12x14 covered gazebo. Thoughtfully appointed with dual TVs, a ceiling fan, ample power outlets it’s the perfect setting for everything from morning coffee to late-night lounging—rain or shine. (Please note: Propane is NOT included with your stay but there are tanks to exchange for a refill)

Included with your stay is a 10x20 boat slip and water toys for all ages: paddleboards, kayaks, a pedal boat, fishing gear, and yard games! Whether you’re cruising the cove, casting a line, or enjoying a family game night outdoors, there’s something for everyone. The calm waters are perfect for fishing boats, tritoons, and small cruisers — just message us for compatibility.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living area, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the private dock with a 10x20 boat slip, outdoor bar, multiple decks, a fire pit, and a covered gazebo with dual TVs and a ceiling fan. Water toys—kayaks, paddleboards, a lily pad, pedal boat, and fishing gear—are all included for your enjoyment. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use. The entire property, from the indoor living space to the outdoor amenities, is yours to enjoy throughout your stay.

Check-in is simple and secure with a smart lock. You’ll receive a personalized access code before arrival for a smooth, contactless entry at your convenience.

Paved roads all the way to the property and room for 5 cars to park.

All roads leading to the property are fully paved—no gravel or dirt to worry about, ensuring easy and comfortable access year-round. The home offers ample parking space for up to five vehicles directly in front of the property. **Please note, stairs from the parking area lead up to the front entrance, as shown in the photos.***

Firewood is provided for the wood-burning firepit to keep your evenings cozy and warm. For the gas firepit table, propane tanks are available onsite; however, propane itself is not included. You can easily exchange propane tanks nearby at stores like Dollar General, Menards or local gas stations.

In February Ameren Electric releases water from the lake to allow property owners to maintain their sea walls. Depending on the extent of the release, there may be reduced or no water in front of the dock from the end of February through early May. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit during this time.

Due to insurance requirements, the indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. We appreciate your understanding.
