I contacted hotels.com within 10 mins & the agent spoke to the manager & they refused to cancel, even though I made the correct resv @ a LaQunita in Kansas. It was a honest mistake, instead of just canceling the charge & renting the room to someone else, they received their 140.00. We will never stay here again. Paid for the insurance & was still denied the claim. "
