“Initial impression, good. But then...Twin bedroom had pubic hair and red stains on bed, and the pillow had an area pinched together with a sticky substance, so it couldn't be used. Later my daughter was barefoot around awhile and looked at her feet that were black with...? She cleaned her feet and put on socks and shoes. The pillowcases are uber thin in all rooms, felt gross, had to use our extra pillowcases. I always bring my pillow when traveling for that reason. The beds were too spongy……

“Arrived at the unit during the check in window. I had paid for the stay in full and never received a check in code for the door. It was 109 degrees in Vernon and I had my child and pregnant wife with me. I tried to call to get a code and got no one to answer. I sent a message and took over an hour for anyone to get back to me. We ended up having to wait in a gas station for 2 hours before we finally got the code for the door.”
