"The room smelled so bad and it was dirty. The shower was concrete. You would need to wear flip flops if you tried to take a shower and it was tiny. There was one room air conditioner that was in the kitchen that didn’t really cool the bedroom and a sign by it saying not to turn it below 70 degrees. WE DID NOT STAY! Ended up loosing our money for two nights. "

"Everything was fine, the coffee was hot , food excellent and the tubs hot. Getting a massage seemed like you needed more time to plan, we were only there one night."

"Las camas estan muy comodas respecto a la limpieza yo creo q el personal no hace su trabajo bien tuvimos q trapear y limpiar el bano porq no estaba limpio. Pero los cuartos si estan comodos el equipo de limpieza deberia hacer bien su trabajo "

"Parking right outside door. Breakfast is pre packaged egg sausage sandwich etc. Not good. Went to restaurant next door. "

"It was clean but has its wear and tears. Good value stay. Pool and hot tub was open but hot tub was screaming when hets were on. Breakfast was minimal. "

This is the second visit for us and we would definitely recommend this little home to anyone who is needing to stay in or near Elephant Butte and Truth of Consequences. The property owner is prompt to communicate with you and great to do business with. 2 thumbs up for this location!"

"Property was exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean, well stocked and set up. Owner/manager was extremely communicative - even getting TP delivered within an hour after we mentioned that we were running out. Overall a fabulous experience. "
