“The Hiawassee Hideaway, above the garage, was lovely. Very clean, comfortable, light and airy. It had everything we needed for our stay and nice comfortable bed. The property around it is beautiful, the homeowners were welcoming and we got to meet their three cute dogs. It was a nice quiet spot with a secluded feel. It's also close to several restaurants & a grocery store in Hiawassee & a 20 min drive to Helen, Ga. If we get a chance to come back we would be happy to stay again.”

“We only stayed for one night but wish we could've stayed longer! The cabin was adorable, very quiet with the sound of the nearby river. The cabin was very clean, and we were thankful not to be tasked with cleaning it ourselves when we left. The fall leaves were gorgeous. Our host provided every amenity we could've needed. I will say for future guests to just take caution when arriving and the road up to the cabin, and the driveway are a tad steep and unpaved. Despite that, we arrive aftwr dark……
