"Our stay was nice. The one large disappointment is the listing lists spa/hot tub which I was really looking forward to. Unfortunately there is none.😩 The master bedroom bed is very comfortable, but the other beds definitely need updating. Furniture is clean but older. Listed starter laundry soap, there was none. The beach umbrella had no bottom piece, so was not usable."

"This place exceeded our expectations! Some homes have everything yet nothing, but Sherri has carefully thought through every possible need, from bulbs to bowls. The beds, pillows, blankets were top notch and no detail left out. And clean is an understatement. The house was spotless! We had 5 kids from age 4-9 and had a blast with the paddle board at the mini beach across the street. We especially loved Robert R Keys beach just 9 minutes away. Sherri was so prompt in communicating and super kind...

"Very clean! Within walking distance to pretty much everything. A lot of attractions close by. The best part was sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins play every morning and every night. Would definitely book this again!!!! Property manager also responded very quickly to messages. The only bad thing I can see is we had to leave and come back to gloom and cold Kentucky."

"Ten sisters and friends celebrated an 80th birthday with a getaway to Tampa. The house was perfect! Clean, well stocked with plenty of room to congregate. We enjoyed the park like backyard and pool. The furnishing were beautiful and we were impressed with Yuly's art work. We highly recommend Sandy's Getaway!"

"Classic seaside cottage with rooms for two families plus mom. Outdoor cabana served as master for CA couple and three bedrooms gave parents and ‘nana with three under 9 lots of choices. Well- stocked kitchen tools and beach chairs and toys with plenty of towels. Don’t expect fancy just trust charm and comfort!"

"Spring break with the family of young adults/teens…Plus the grandparents could have been a stressful week! But we had plenty of quiet spaces to chill and were just steps from the beach. Linda has thought of just about everything you need to create a clean, calming home away from home. Even my hard to please mother was impressed! Thanks for a great trip."

"Overall we had a great time, easy check-in and out. We had a few issues which we contacted Matt and Abby about, they replied quickly and helped where needed. The inside is much larger then it looks outside and the neighborhood was quite with a park right down the road. No one informed Matt and Abby the screen around the pool had broken so we did get attacked by the no see um's (nats) around the pool which limited the amount of time we could stay out there after 6. The exterminators recommended...

"The house, pool and backyard area were wonderful! It was a very relaxing place, perfect to stay while we visited with nearby family. We went to a local beach suggested in the owner's scrap book, very nice. We went to Mi Montana restaurant for some amazing Cuban coffee and empanadas. We were also able to walk down to Bruce Brother's Beanery and get a great cup of coffee. The next time we come down to visit family we absolutely want to stay here again!"

"James, was very easy to communicate and was there if needed, which he was not, as the home had everything I required. The home had a great location and in walking distance to many good restaurants, the beach and the Great ice cream shop two doors down (which I visited far too often). The home maybe a little dated for some and the road does get through traffic but considering the home, property location and great price I give James and his home a 5 star. "We had a spot on the 2nd floor on the very end near the entrance, and the unit had carpet that seemed damp whem we came in. No smell, was super clean, large and luxurious beds etc but carpet should go. The check in was amazing. Loved the pool, the restaurant, the staff and the.little beach was wonderful. There is a strong odor outside from the water that smelled lile sulfur. We werent sure what causes that, but it didnt affect the pool area, only the beach and environs..I read that it might be...
