“Felt like I was walking into a jail and the front desk guy was extremely rude. The bed was very cheap uncomfortable and reminded me of a pull out bed from my couch. The pillows were a disappointment better off using my backpack as a pillow.”

“ Photo showed full size fridge but only a mini fridge. didnt use the hot tub but i did see others using it. ”

“The room was ample and comfortable. The staff were helpful. I would definitely stay again.”

“It would be great if the resort had family style bikes . Like the ones on the beach. The staff said they had them before but only single rider bikes are available now. That's unfortunate for the kids that don't know how to use them with out training wheels . Same with some adults!”

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”
