“The hotel is currently under renovation however it is quite old. The AC makes a rattling sound once it is too high, the elevator is scary kinda old. The Valet parking guys were really nice and efficient. The front desk staff needs some help, not the most diligent. Check out felt like checking out 2 years ago, long, slow and confusing. ”

“They overbooked knowingly for a huge concert and cheer weekend. Didn't get into our room until after 5PM, 100+ more people in the lobby waiting for their rooms, the only place to get ready for the concert we came to was in the bathroom with 50+ other upset guests. The staff was kind and tried to be helpful but the fact of the matter is there wasn't enough rooms, the rooms weren't cleaned in time and they basically said the only thing i could get back was they could add the hour i wasn't in my……
