"The staff was very friendly and acknowledged us at the front desk and while walking through the hotel. Breakfast was cooked to order and hot. Very friendly dining room staff. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and very nicely organized and decorated."

"Great location in downtown Louisville. Close to Whiskey Row and many restaurants. We did not have a car so did not use parking. Breakfast was fine for a free hotel breakfast. Had a light bulb that was out and they promote put a new one in. Room size was great."

"Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Only is was the fan in the bathroom. It had a banging noise coming from it and if you left the door open it would keep you awake."

"The room was very small. Had hoped that myself and husband could work remote in room, but that was impossible due to tiny space. He was able to work downstairs in lobby, but not ideal. Unable to get served at on-site restaurant. One person taking orders, cooking and serving during busy time of day. The person's working at checking and in on-site bar area were very helpful. Coffee and water were not kept filled in lobby area. A little disappointed in this. Good location near 4th Street Live area. Parking location is across the street if you don't want to pay valet fee."

"My daughter and I stayed at the Cottonwood Louisville Hotel for the weekend, and overall we had a nice stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. My only wish was that there were more restaurants within walking distance, but besides that, everything was good. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again."
