The Space

Our duplex has been beautifully renovated, boasting an open floor plan, stainless steel appliances, and carefully chosen furnishings to provide a true home away from home experience. While you're here, you'll be sharing the property with us - my husband, our 2-year-old son, and myself, as we reside in the main house on the first floor and are available to assist you with any needs.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy a hassle-free self-check-in process, facilitated by a lockbox containing the door key. Parking is available for up to two cars parked tandem-style in our driveway. Please note that street parking is not an option, and our driveway is shared with us.

Other Things to Note

Please be aware that in order to access the property, you must ascend a flight of stairs comprising 15 steps.

The refundable policy is as follows:

1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.
2. 100% refund less the service fee if you are not approved to rent or the home is unavailable.
3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).

Please note this property may require a tenant screening at an extra cost to you. You will be required to sign a lease with the landlord. Security deposit vary and range from USD 500 up to one full month rent that is payable directly to the landlord.
