The staff was excellent! Our accommodations were very nice, very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips during our entire stay.

Great location and great staff. 10/10 recommend and will stay again.

Es un hotel nuevo, comodas habitaciones, limpio, acceso a la playa , nuestra habitación fue vista parcial a la playa y la vista fue espectacular, de lado izquierdo se ve el mar y del lado derecho la marina. A los desayunos les doy un 8 , te cuesta 25 dls el buffet , tiene lo necesario, no te sorprende. En general es un muy buen Hotel , ubicado en el corazón de Clearwater

I loved the location. Check in was a little slow because there was only one person manning the desk and the phone was ringing. I was under the impression that I booked a 3 bedroom villa with an ocean view. When I got to my room, I was disappointed because there was no view. Apparently, if you book through Expedia you have to explicitly state your preference (ocean, marina, or city view). This was not my understanding and so I was disappointed because the room as expensive and the main reason I made the choice was for the view and proximity to the beach. I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach every morning to see the sunrise. The coffee bar was also a great amenity. The other negative aspect of my room was the loud noise the A/C made. It sounded like we were at an airport when the air kicked on. I loved that the hotel offered beach umbrellas, chairs, towels and beach toys. It really made the beach day so much more convenient, especially with 2 kids in tow. If I were ever to stay here again, I would ensure the room accommodations I book are actually the same as I receive. All things considered, I rate it 7/10.
