“I liked that the staff was exceptional when it came to being g attentive. The property has improved immensely since new owners took over. Yeah. Even though it wasnt a " Hotel" i feel the Rooms are clean and fixed up more than most motels The owner/ manager is doing an Exellent job on improving all aspects. And he actually "CARES" bcz remember its " people whom are staying & paying to have a clean safe environment as their stay as guests- everyone seems to be treat all guests fairly &……

“The gentleman was very nice. I mentioned something he wasnt aware of, but he put me at ease - called his son (Dipesh, who was just as professional as his dad helping me) and hid son had shown his dad something he wasny aware of is sll. No big deal. The place was clean, the cleaning ladies are very friendly. Theyll check to see if you need any towels or relative service, but never knock early in the morning or several times a day. Didnt see any bugs. Great quality at a great price! -Jonathan J.”

“We enjoyed our stay at AMI. Very clean room and great location. It would have been nice to have an iron and more importantly bedding for the pullout sofa couch. Overall, we had an amazing time.”

“Super cute place, and just a 2 min walk or less to the beach. The room smelled and was super clean. The pool is nice and private. Our only concern was an issue with the pullout couch, which I discovered at 10pm. Thankfully, the staff responded to me promptly and had a maintenance person to help right away. They were warm, kind and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable.”

“Very dirty place, plus I have a strong feeling that they are responsible for 3 fraud charges on my debt card. Which I gave them for an additional 50. 00 security deposit... Drug addicts hanging out side all hours of the day and night..”
