“Unfortunately, the experience in MacDonald Craxton Wood was not the best. Starting with our room not being ready for the 3pm check in. Our room then was not the cleanest. The jug of water was also not fresh with the water from the last guest still being in it, lack of plugs in the rooms and the TV was not smart. We then discovered the next day after returning from a busy day out the rooms aren’t serviced unless you request it. Now reception did give us fresh towels when asked but didn’t……
