You had me at Foxwood
Hello cabin weekend! An inviting full length front porch offered quiet time and wonderful views of deer and the outdoors. Having a fire pit and hot tub brought more options for outside activities. The kitchen provided for all cooking needs with dining for six and more seating at the kitchen island. Bathrooms equally stocked for families. Foxwood was well designed to maximize space to have families enjoy time together and have quiet time as well. We found great value with its competitive pricing and amenities offered. Great experience with booking and communication.

Beautiful Cabin
We absolutely loved this cabin, especially sitting on the front porch. The community was very nice, gated, close to shopping and restaurants. Very cozy cabin, nicely furnished. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay - would absolutely come back!
My family and I had a wonderful long weekend stay at the Foxwood Cabin for the Apple Festival in Ellijay. The location is perfect - once at the cabin you feel secluded, but are still close to town and able to get to downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge without a ton of driving. Our two kids absolutely loved the outside area and roasting marshmallows every night. The owners have put a lot of thought into the amenities and supplies they provide. This is a perfect cabin for a small family - with it being one-story, we didn't have to worry about anyone climbing (or falling down) stairs. We look forward to returning in the future!

Ellijay is our family's default place to go for quick trips from FL so we've stayed at several places thay have been lovely, but this has been the best hands-down. Its cozy, well-equipped and definitely the cleanest place we've stayed. It was one of our best family trips to Ellijay and we owe it to the relaxing, cozy stay we had here. I'm normally anxious to get out and about and not hang around the cabin we're staying in much, but that wasnt the case here! Our family enjoyed relaxing and hanging out here together and plan to return!

We enjoyed our time at the cabin, except for being snowed in one day (!). That was unexpected. The owners/managers were quick to address our concerns about the snow on the steep driveway, letting us now where road salt was kept. Overall, a lovely vacation after Christmas.

We took a short trip to north Georgia to see the leaves and experience "Fall". It was super from start to finish. The cabin was spotless, inviting and fully-equiped. We communicated easily with the owners before and during trip by text. They were quick in responding. We truly hated to leave and we'll return!

Worth It!
This is a perfect cabin for a family getaway. It is quaint and cozy. The owner is getting fiber optic cable soon which will be helpful as the only downside was the sketchy internet. It comes in and out throughout the evening hours while home. I cannot speak to what happens during the day as we were out enjoying Georgia. We will return in the future.

The Perfect Getaway
My family and I had the perfect Christmas getaway after a very difficult year and this cabin provided the peace and tranquility we were all seeking. Gabriel, the host, could not be more perfect with communication and his attention to detail. The property itself is nothing short of impeccable. Nestled on a hilltop provided an abundance of wildlife, a beautiful view, and that fresh mountain air we couldn't get enough of. The cabin was warm and inviting, like a comfortable country home. There was nothing overlooked, including the simple things that make guests feel well thought of. Overall, a wonderful location, a wonderful host, and a wonderful way to relax and recharge. Fantastic Experience!
We enjoyed a fantastic weekend getaway with our son who lives in the Atlanta area! The cabin is extremely well done, the owners have anticipated any and all needs for their guests. It is very clean and well organized. If you enjoy wildlife, then this is the place for you. We had a constant trail of visitors passing by the cabin. Looking forward to more visits to Foxwood in the future!

My New Cabin Go-To!
While I could write a book about our stay and I would love to give it MORE than 5 stars, I can't so I'll write from the heart as briefly (yet, as thoroughly) as I can. THERE ARE NO DETAILS LEFT UNDONE HERE AT FOXWOOD ELLIJAY. From the minute you key in your magic code to relaxation, EVERYTHING is taken care of. Modern lighting, charging stations, all of the kitchen accoutrements, plenty of spacious seating, super-comfortable bedding, and lots of room for everyone to spread out. I especially loved how there are QR codes posted about the cabin in case you have questions about ANYTHING inside or out. And of course we can't leave out the fire pit where my girls and I loved roasting hot dogs and building s'mores, followed by de-stressing in the hot tub! But of course, with being a busy mom of 4, I enjoyed sitting on the porch watching all of the wildlife play around the most. Ellijay is a very welcoming town, too - we ventured out thrift-store shopping (one of our best finds ever!) and also enjoyed supper one night at The Roof in the downtown area. Foxwood is just THE PERFECT PLACE to go and unwind. The only mistake *I* made was not booking it longer! I can't wait to go back!

Home Away From Home
My two sisters and I rented this cabin for our 87 year old mother and she says it was like "home away from home"! I'm a stickler when it comes to cleanliness and so this cabin met all my expectations! It was perfect for us! Very clean and very detailed/labeled which worked great for us older folks!!lol Loved seeing the deer!! Loved sitting out on the porch! I would rate it higher than a 5 if I had the option to do so!

Long weekend away
I absolutely have too many wonderful things about our stay! From the small notes and instructions on how to navigate and operate everything to the comfort of knowing how well we were looked after and needed nothing but clothes and food! We saw what must have been hundreds of deer, the cute ducks and geese at the pond, the little walkways by the parks and then the downtown Ellijay was perfect for just a day out for a few hours. Great getaway in Ellijay
We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was well stocked and clean. Perfect location from downtown Ellijay and the Blue Ridge mountains. Front Porch is the perfect place for relaxing and dear watching.
