“The room reeked of cleaning solution so it smelled like a pool. Room itself was very humid (idk how) to the point that the bed and pillow were moist enough that you could feel it after laying in bed for a few hours. The room didn’t have towels but I didn’t notice till the morning (went straight to bed after checking in the room) so when I told the staff in the morning checking out, she got all upset and asked why I didn’t say something sooner and that other hotels would have charged me for……
