“The property is nice and private. Needs some updates tho. Unfortunately, the property had not been cleaned when we arrived. After multiple attempts to contact the owner, Chris, we cleaned it ourselves including changing bed linens. Chris sent a written message around midnight. No response until I finally called VRBO. He did return some money after VRBO called him. I spent 6-7 hours of my time off cleaning and trying to resolve this issue. Very disappointed.”

“The chickadee treehouse was amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and wish we would have booked a longer trip. The treehouse is exactly how it is advertised. Such a cute and wonderful experience. It’s about 15 minutes from Waco and about 1hr & 30 minutes from Fort Worth stockyards. The treehouse is clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. ”

“Clean, Cozy and Comfortable, perfect accommodations for a couples get away. Wished the weather would have been better so we could have enjoyed the covered porch more and the outdoor spaces but we did enjoy our coffee sitting out on the porch listening to the birds and bundled up real good to take a stroll around the resort. It has to be one of the nicest RV resort I have ever seen before. Plenty of bath houses and laundry facilities. The Hummingbird Treehouse was the perfect spot for a couple...

"Estuvo fatal , no nos dejaron acceder al hotel se retrasó el vuelo y llegamos después del check in y no había nadie para recibirnos no tienen un lobby , solo prenden el foco y no hay nadie k atienda … un mugrero muchos insectos … y no tiene lobby no puede retrasarse el vuelo porque no existe alguien en lobby en la noche y es ilegal por si pasa cualquier situación que no haya alguien en recepción no se deberían llamar hotel si no hay un lobby … Me cobraron y no me dejaron entrar y no hubo reembolso ni respuesta del hotel "
