“From the moment of my arrival, the staff was wonderful. My room was wonderful, it was exactly like advertised, "ocean view'. The sound of the waves was great. The breakfast everyday was a dream, the food was cooked to order. Nice touch! Not a bland generic buffet. The staff ~ what can I say, Titus and the crew, EXCELLENT customer service. Rest, relaxation in a serene environment is what I was looking for and it was what I got. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much.”

“What an awful experience,where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...

“Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. “We really did appreciate the large poly tank to have plenty of water, and consistent electricity. Our driver did amazing getting to the top of the hill in his tro-tro van. He and our guide really enjoyed watching the soccer (football) matches on your big screen with satellite. My family enjoyed having broadband to watch a couple of movies on the upstairs big screen TV.
